The Dangerous(ly Boring) Life of Jason Jolly

Bakemonogatari is good.

It’s one of the most visually mesmerising animes I’ve ever watched.
(I’ll upload some screenshots at some point)
next to Sayonara, Zetsubō-Sensei.
The constant flickering and sublimal-ish messages takes a little getting used to; thankfully I’m not epileptic.
There is a lot of dialogue and if you don’t pay attention you’re going to miss something. So basically don’t blink.
It’s pretty damn gory.
The main character is constantly getting torn apart by various “oddities”.
Luckily for him, he’s one-tenth vampire.
Gotta love that healing factor.
The women are beautiful and not exactly typical.
They’re somewhat crazy, but likeable.
Sometimes I worry about myself becoming a creepy otaku who sleeps with a body pillow.
In short, I’m enjoying the anime and recommend it to those interested in the occult.
